    My Journey

    I specialize in the the advancement of technology to aid in explosive business growth. I focus on software evaluation, setting the strategy, executing for results, leading teams to extraordinary outcomes, and building relationships to ensure user adoption. I have founded and grown engineering organizations to build the developer tools, data capabilities, and infrastructure to support every developer building or integrating with our ecosystems. Ensured systems and infrastructure are powerful, reliable, performant for the teams I support.

     

    I formally entered the wonderful world of technology interning at Merrill Lynch during my university years and was subsequently recruited by Ernst and Young to enter the SAP management consulting world. I knew at this juncture I had chosen the right path! I went on to hold project management roles at EDS/ATKearney and also a unique Client Solution Manager role at SAP America and SAP AG focusing on clients in the Americas and Asia.

     

    Current and previous experiences include SVP and CIO of the largest outsourced company in North America (Field, Phone, Online, Omni-channel Sales), Director of Technology for DIRECTV (AT&T), VP of Technology for a toys/premiums manufacturing company, and also have founded by own management consulting firm with clients such as DIRECTV.

     

    Extensive Telecommunications and Media background including working not only internally for DIRECTV and AT&T, but supporting the Omni-channel and Field Sales Models for Verizon, Spectrum, Bell Canada, British Telecom, and T-Mobile. Understanding how to reach the customer, using insights, predictions, and digital strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention has been one of my passions and focus.

    Midnight Mission

    Patron, Give Back Day Organization

    Founded in 1914, The Midnight Mission has been offering a path to self-sufficiency to men, women, and children experiencing homelessness since 1914. As a comprehensive homeless shelter and homeless services provider serving the Los Angeles homeless community, they take an approach that fuses care and compassion with meaningful accountability, providing the structure and the resources that people experiencing homelessness need to truly improve their lives.

    Los Angeles Food Bank

    Patron, Give Back Day Organization

    Community support enables the Food Bank to serve more than 300,000 people every month. Approximately one-quarter of their food goes to children, and roughly one-fifth ends up in the hands of older adults. It is estimated that only 10% of their food goes to the homeless, but this is an important population for them.. The majority of this organization's food goes to low-income families and individuals who sometimes struggle to make ends meet.
